How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Aharin is easy:
1. Use the SHOP BY COLLECTIONS or CATEGORY link to help you find what you are looking for.
2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the ADD TO CART button below each item or on product detail page
4. Choose your size & click ADD TO CART again
5. Review the items in your CART with the prices and total amount payable. You can use the “x” icon prefixed at each product to delete items from your Cart.
6. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to complete your order and make the payment.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.
Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Aharin account:
1. Track your orders and review past purchases
2. Save your address and other details so you can shop even quicker next time
3. Receive promotional coupons from time to time.
4. To receive notification whenever we add new products to Aharin’s Store

Which size should I choose?
Please go through the product details regarding the availability of sizes for various product. If you do not find the size for you you can always place a customized order with us for specific sizes. There are no additional charges for “S” “M” “L” “XL” and “XXL” sizes. For information or any queries relating to your sizing click here
Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display the colors of the product as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate since computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock or can be back-ordered unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us at email@example.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item (you will need to be a registered user).
What payment methods does Aharin accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards including VISA, Matercard, American Express Cards. Our payment partner is Paypal
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Aharin?
At Aharin, your personal online security is important to us. Stringent security measures ensures the security of critical and sensitive information – state-of-the-art security firewalls, PCI DSS 2.0 Compliance, VeriSign 128 bit SSL Technology, IndusGuard.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system powered by Paypal. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
We do not store your credit card details with us.
Do I need to sign for my order received?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, your card will be debited and you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ORDER TRACKING.
What is Store-Credit & Cashback?
Store credit received in terms of new purchase, rewards, offers etc is called Cash-back. Store credit can be redeemed while making purchase. 1 store credit is equivalent to Rs. 1 value. For example. A store credit of 2500 means 2500 INR.
What is E-wallet? How can I add money to my E-wallet?
E-wallet is your virtual wallet at Aharin that stores your money. Cash backs received as Store Credit is available for use in E-wallet.
Amount available in E-wallet is not available for withdrawal or transfer and only available for Purchases at Aharin.com
To Add money to your e-wallet, go to My Account > My Wallet > Wallet Topup
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
By default, product prices are India VAT exclusive until you proceed to purchase your order.
Taxes and duties are then calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Please note that India VAT will only be applied to all the orders dispatched.
Most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties but inclusive of India VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation prior to dispatching a DDU order.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Aharin to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
Does Aharin have seasonal sales?
Aharin offers Stock Clearance and Promotional Sales a few times a year. Please note that Aharin cannot guarantee that its prices will be equivalent or equal to offline boutiques when they go on sale.
Also, due to the exclusive nature of our stock, we can’t guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.

Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.
To register at Aharin, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.
Please note that Aharin may use your contact details to inform you of the latest arrivals in its range and fabulous new services via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?
Registered customers who have cookies enabled will be automatically recognized when they visit Aharin – your name will appear in a welcome message at the top left hand corner of the website.
When you proceed to purchase you will be prompted to enter your email address and password and review your shipping and payment details before completing your order. Please note that registered customers will be recognized for 14 days. After this time, users will be prompted to sign back in to their account.
