Does Aharin have a Physical store?
Aharin is currently an online-only store, but we have previously had a physical presence in Hauz Khas village, Delhi. We now sell through our website and other multi-designer platforms like Pernias Popup Shop and Aza online.
Can I request live images of an outfit before purchasing?
Yes, we can provide live images of products in stock. However, for made-to-order items, we may not have samples available, and you will need to place an order based on product images.
Can I see products physically before purchasing?
We offer a unique try-at-home service. For a deposit of Rs 5000, our team will bring selected products to your home for trials and fittings. The deposit will be adjusted against any purchased product or refunded as a gift coupon voucher for future purchases if no product is bought. This service is available in NCR only.
Can I customize Fit, Color or any other aspects?
Yes, Customization is possible! You can modify colors, prints, and more to match your event theme. We also offer concept development and from-scratch garment creation. Email:hello.aharin@gmail.com to discuss your ideas. We've previously customized apparels with unique elements like replacing bird motifs with flowers or incorporating special events into embroidery.
Can you customize apparel for the whole family?
Absolutely! We've created custom garments for moms and babies, couples, and entire families (infants to adults) for events and social gatherings. Let us know your needs, and we'll work with you to create something special.
I require an early delivery? Can you prioritise my order?
We understand the importance of meeting deadlines! If you're purchasing for a specific occasion, we can often prioritize your order. Please reach out to us at hello.aharin@gmail.com and we'll do our best to expedite the development and delivery of your garment to ensure it arrives on time.
Can you create a custom outfit based on my idea?
We love bringing ideas to life! If you have a concept or design in mind, we'd be happy to work with you to create your dream outfit. From Disney-inspired gowns to red-carpet-worthy concept dresses, we've collaborated with numerous clients to turn their visions into reality. Share your idea with us, and we'll work closely with you to make it happen!
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we don't offer COD as a standard payment option. However, if you're located in the National Capital Region (NCR) and the product you want is in stock, we can make an exception. Please contact us, and we may arrange for an initial deposit with the balance paid on delivery to our courier partners. This way, you can still get your desired product with a flexible payment option.
How do I make a Purchase at Aharin?
Making a purchase at Aharin is a straightforward process. Start by browsing our exquisite collection of onion pink Dharmavaram silk sarees and other stunning pieces. Once you've found an item you love, select your size and click the 'Add to Shopping Bag' button. Review the items in your shopping bag, make any necessary adjustments, and then click 'Proceed to Purchase' to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, setting up an account with Aharin is a simple process that offers numerous benefits. By creating an account, you'll be able to track your orders, request returns or exchanges, save your address and card details for future purchases, and manage your account preferences. To create an account, simply click on 'Sign In' and then 'Register Now' to fill in your details.
How do I know that the products sold at Aharin are authentic?
At Aharin, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. We are a single-designer store, and we take great care to ensure that each piece is genuine and of the highest quality.
What if I'm unsure about my size?
We understand that sizing can be tricky, which is why we provide a size conversion chart on each product page. If you're still unsure, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care team for personalized advice. We're here to help you find the perfect fit.
Are the colors of the products shown on the website accurate?
While we strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, please note that monitor variations may occur. If you have any concerns about color accuracy, please contact our customer care team for more information.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless marked 'Sold Out.' Please note that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be purchased by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email our customer care team to find out if there is a backorder for that item.
What payment methods does Aharin accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and multiple UPI options and Net Banking.
Is my Credit card information secure?
At Aharin, we take the security of your personal and credit card information very seriously. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your details through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system powered by Razorpay and we confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
No, we can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting 'My Account' followed by 'Order Status.'
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are provided on each Product details page however please note that customs clearance may cause delays. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Is my package insured?
Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, please cancel your order and place a new order that contains all the items you require.
Does Aharin have Seasonal Sales?
Yes, Aharin offers seasonal sales and promotions. Please check our SALE page for the latest offers.
Is my Personal information kept private?
Yes, we keep your personal information confidential and secure. We will not rent or sell your details to any third party, and we will only use your information to inform you of the latest arrivals, services, and promotions via email. If you would prefer not to receive these updates, please email us to unsubscribe.
